In this 15-minute meditation we explore the idea of equanimity. We are each like a marble resting on a plate and life can sometimes tip the plate under us, sending us close to the edge. Meditation can help round the edges of that plate into a bowl shape, help us to stay centered and balanced with less effort, even when life gets hectic.
